Shipping Policy - the basics
At Romz.Designs, every floral arrangement is prepared with care and treated as an artistic piece.
To ensure a smooth and respectful delivery experience, please review the shipping guidelines below:
1. Processing Time

Each arrangement is hand-styled upon order, not pre-packed or mass-produced.

Please allow 2–5 business days for preparation before shipping.

During high-demand periods or custom styling requests, processing time may extend slightly.
2. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using trusted local or international couriers, depending on your location.

Once the package is handed to the courier, tracking information will be provided (if available).

Romz.Designs is not responsible for courier delays, rerouting, or third-party handling conditions.
3. Packaging & Care

Every floral arrangement is individually packed to preserve shape, volume, and styling.

In rare cases, minor adjustments may be required after delivery to refresh the arrangement’s form.
4. Delivery Issues

If the package arrives damaged, a claim must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order, including clear photos of both the item and the packaging.

Claims submitted after the 24-hour window cannot be guaranteed for review, as we handle limited-edition, handcrafted pieces.
5. Address Responsibility

Please ensure the delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete.

Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or missed reception attempts are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Special Requests
For styling notes, gift packaging, or specific delivery timing, please reach out before placing your order — we will do our best to accommodate with care.
