At Romz.Designs, each arrangement is considered a handcrafted floral art piece, individually styled and prepared per order.
For this reason, we follow a no-return / no-refund policy on all confirmed purchases.

1. No Returns on Artistic Floral Pieces

All pieces are made to order, styled by hand, and prepared specifically for each client.
Due to the artistic nature of our work, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed.

2. Minor Variations Are Part of the Art

Each arrangement is a creative composition, not a factory-made replica.
Subtle differences in color tone, stem placement, or floral movement are intentional and part of the artistic identity of the piece — not considered defects.

3. Damaged Items on Arrival

In the rare event of visible damage during transit, a report must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
The claim must include clear photos of the packaging and the piece from multiple angles.
After review, we may offer a partial compensation or a repair/replacement solution, depending on the case.

4. Limited Edition & Collector's Philosophy

Our floral designs are positioned as collectible decor art, and not mass-market products.
Once a piece is styled and shipped, it becomes part of your personal collection — just like gallery artwork.
